How do I book an appointment?

You can book an appointment online through my website, or you can also call or text me directly at (509)200-7979

Do you offer consultations?

Yes, I offer consultations for all services, especially for new clients and specific treatments like extensions and bridal styling. Consultations help us understand your needs and ensure the best results. You can also book a free 15 minute consultation with me to see if I'm a good fit for you.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is a large parking lot outside of the salon, completely free and very convenient.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept credit cards, debit cards, or cash. Payment is due at the time of your service.

Do you accept refunds for services or products?

All service and product sales are final. If you’re unhappy with a service, please reach out so we can discuss options for a redo or adjustment.

What is the cancellation policy?

I require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee to reschedule for the next appointment.
